  Big Walmart and it seems to be hidden here in n. Ft. Myers. Had exactly what I needed..RV stuff. Why do they have such few checkers at 7:30 pm?? Even shut down many of the self checkout. Why Walmart do u make your customers stand in lines of 3 and 4? Management needs better planning,yet employees are just standing behind the ropes! Does not make sense and seems to be the norm.

  Had to return a Christmas gift that I couldn't use. New Year's Day @ 8:00 a.m.. The return was quick and courteous. The aisles were well stocked and for the first time in weeks there was plenty of parking close to the entrance. The associates were friendly and helpful even after the volume of people they must have dealt with during this holiday season. All in all my trip to Wal-Mart supercenter located on Pine Island Road was a painless experience.

  Never hardly any lines open. Went in last night and spent and hour waiting in the self-checkout to buy two items. Half of the registers were not operational and some were marked credit card only. Staff was chatting up customers and slowing the whole process to an halt.
